How do I use my coupon?

Coupon code can be added at checkout.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Unfortunately, you can only use one discount code at a time.

Size Chart:

Small : 0-4

Medium: 6-8

Large: 10-12

XL: 14-16

1XL : 18-20

2XL: 22-24

3XL: 26-28

4XL: 28-30

Can I return or exchange my order if it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?

1. All return claims must be made within 7 days of the order date. Items must be returned within 14 days after order has been delivered.

2. The return must be unused, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or marks. Items must also be returned with original tags in place. If any item is damaged, missing pieces or parts, or is not in its original condition it is not eligible for return. customer is required to pay for return shipping cost, discounts and promotional coupon codes cannot be refunded.

3. Any item delivered more than 14 days past requested time will NOT be eligible for a return.


4. Item(s) purchased on sale can only be exchanged for store credit. Once the return request has been approved and the return package is received by Bithiah’s, the customer will be emailed the exact amount of store credit. This will NOT include shipping cost. If you have not received an email by us within 1-2 business days of your package being delivered, please reach out to us via email.

5. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

How do I send my item(s) back?
Our bags and/or boxes can be reused for the return process. You do not have to buy an additional bag or box, unless the bag and/or box has been damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges:
Due to high order volume, we do not offer exchanges. If an exchange is needed, we ask that the item(s) be treated like a return and a new order be placed.

What do you do if you have received a damaged item?

Contact us at Bithiahsboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s), and include a photo of the damage(s). We will contact you to resolve your issue as quickly as possible .

What if you receive the wrong item(s)?

Please contact us at Bithiahsboutique@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

NOTE:

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen orders or any incorrect shipping addresses . We will ship items to the shipping address that you enter at the time of purchase. Please make sure you double check the address when processing your order.
